Position Description
If you’re looking for a robust rotational program that will jumpstart your career in operations with a team working hard to feed the families and pets that we love, then we want to meet you!
Through the six month rotational Career Leadership Program, you will get hands-on experience in live operations and in multiple poultry, pet food and animal nutrition plants. You will be exposed to additional aspects of our business, from supply chain and sales to finance and continuous improvement. We will invest in and develop your leadership skills through classroom training, mentoring and on the job coaching. After graduation from the program, you will be placed into a Production Supervisor position, with the skills and enterprise knowledge you need to be wildly successful while helping us live our value of Putting People First. And we will continue to invest in your learning and development as you grow your career with us!
Once you become a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering product for internal and/or external customers by leading team members in their daily work. You will lead, coach, motivate and work to keep team members safe, while helping them be successful. You will be responsible for your lines or areas of production and take ownership of continuous improvement as we grow and get better together.
